Membership Agreement

This agreement is concluded between, on the one hand, Baynet İnşaat San. ve Tic. Ltd. Şti. (the Coffee Italiano brand) that operates coffeeitaliano.com (the "Company"), and, on the other hand, the user who becomes a member of the site (the "Member").

By checking the "I have read and accept the Membership Agreement" box on the registration form, the Member is deemed to have accepted all the provisions of this agreement.

Natural persons who are at least 18 years old and have legal capacity to act, as well as representatives of legal entities, may become members. Membership is free of charge.

The Member acknowledges that the information provided during registration is accurate and up to date. The Member is responsible for any damages arising from false or misleading information.

The Member is responsible for the confidentiality of the password and account access credentials. The Company bears no responsibility for unauthorized use of the account; any suspicious situation must be reported immediately to [email protected].

The Company may request additional verification from the Member or suspend the account in cases it deems necessary for security reasons.

The Member;

• May place product orders through the site, track orders, and access the invoice history.
• May turn newsletter, campaign, and discount notifications on or off.
• May delete the account at any time (account page → "Delete my account").
• May not share content contrary to applicable legislation and public morality.
• May not carry out bulk / automated (bot, scraper) access or reverse engineering.

All text, images, video, logos, trademarks, software, and databases on coffeeitaliano.com are owned by Coffee Italiano or its licensors. They may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or sold without permission.

"Tonino Lamborghini" and "Rosso Caffè" are registered trademarks of Tonino Lamborghini S.p.A.; Coffee Italiano holds official distributorship rights in Türkiye.

The Company reserves the right to change the content, products, prices, and campaigns on the site without prior notice. Except for force majeure events, service interruptions are announced on the homepage.

The accounts of Members who act contrary to the agreement, legislation, or public morality may be canceled. In such a case, the Member may not claim any right from the Company.

The Member's personal data is processed in accordance with Law No. 6698 (KVKK). For details, the KVKK Disclosure Text and the Privacy Policy may be consulted.

The laws of the Republic of Türkiye apply to disputes arising from this agreement. Within the monetary limits set out under Law No. 6502 (Consumer Protection Law), the Consumer Arbitration Committees, and for amounts above those limits, the Istanbul Courts and Enforcement Offices, have jurisdiction.
