The full name, national ID / tax number, invoice and delivery address, phone and e-mail details declared by the person placing the order within the form. The accuracy of this information is accepted and undertaken by the buyer.

The sale and delivery of the products ordered electronically by the consumer via coffeeitaliano.com, together with the determination of the rights and obligations of the parties.

The name, quantity, brand/model, sale price and VAT details of the product are stated on the order confirmation page, on the invoice and on the product description page. All prices are in TL and include VAT. Images used for advertising and promotional purposes are for informational purposes only.

Shipping fee: Orders of 1,500 ₺ and above or 2 kg and above ship free of charge; for orders below this threshold, a standard shipping fee of 99 ₺ is paid by the buyer.

Payment is accepted by credit card, debit card, bank transfer/EFT or single-use payment methods. All card payments are processed through the iyzico PCI-DSS Level 1 certified infrastructure with 3D Secure verification; card details are not stored on the seller's side.

Following payment confirmation, the order is delivered to the address declared by the buyer within the legal maximum of 30 days; the standard period is 1–4 business days. Shipments are dispatched via the contracted courier company.

Acceptance by the buyer or their representative at the time of delivery is essential. A damaged package must be returned to the courier officer by the buyer without being signed for.

The buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the date the product is received, without providing any justification. The withdrawal request is submitted to the Company in writing via [email protected] or through the contact form.

After the withdrawal is approved, the product is returned to the Company by the buyer within 10 days. Return shipping is free when carried out with the seller's contracted courier company.

Pursuant to Article 15 of the TKHK and Article 15 of the Distance Contracts Regulation, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for the following products:

• Coffee products whose vacuum packaging has been opened (due to food hygiene)
• Capsule packages opened by the consumer
• Food products that are perishable or likely to pass their expiry date
• Products custom-prepared for the individual (special label, engraving, etc.)

Note: Accessories and machines are within the scope of the right of withdrawal within 14 days, provided that their packaging is unopened / unused.

For disputes arising from this contract, within the scope of Law No. 6502 TKHK, the Consumer Arbitration Committees are competent within the monetary limits determined each year in December by the Ministry of Customs and Trade, and the Consumer Courts are competent for amounts above these limits.

For complaints and applications, the Ministry of Trade Consumer Information System (TÜBİS) and tuketici.ticaret.gov.tr may be used.
