Through membership, order and contact forms we collect your name, e-mail, phone, address and billing details; during payment, the last 4 digits of your card and the bank authorization code via our payment provider; and during your visit your IP address, browser, session duration and page views.

We use the data we collect to complete orders, deliver, invoice, provide customer support, personalize product recommendations (where consent exists) and fulfill our legal obligations.

Third-party sharing
Your data is shared only with the third parties required by our operations:
- Payment intermediary (iyzico) — card details are not stored by us
- Shipping carriers — name, address and phone for delivery
- E-invoice integrator — for mandatory invoicing
- Marketing analytics — for visit statistics, with anonymized IP
Your data is not sold to advertising networks.

Section 05
Data retention period
Order and invoice data are retained for the 5-year period required by the Tax Procedure Law, and membership data for as long as your account remains active. When you delete your account, your data is anonymized or deleted within 30 days; data subject to legal obligations is retained until the end of the applicable period.

- Database-level encryption + daily backups
- PCI-DSS compliant payment infrastructure with 3D Secure support (card details are not stored)
- Access control and regular security audits
Never share your card number or password via e-mail; the security of the e-mail channel cannot be guaranteed 100%.
