Payment and Delivery

Available payment options and delivery processes to ensure your orders reach you securely and quickly.

Section 01

Payment options

Credit card / debit card: Payment can be made in a single instalment with all cards. Payments are collected via a PCI-DSS compliant infrastructure and 3D Secure verification; card details are not stored on the seller's side.

Bank transfer / EFT: You may pay into our Turkish Lira (TL) account from any bank of your choice. The IBAN details are provided at the payment step and in the order confirmation e-mail; writing your order number in the description field speeds up the approval process.

Section 02

Transaction security

Your credit card details are never stored in our system. Payment information is transmitted directly to the relevant bank with SSL encryption. With 3D Secure, the transaction is completed using the confirmation code sent to the cardholder.

For online payments, the amount is charged instantly at the end of the order. In the event of a stock issue or order cancellation, the amount paid is refunded to your card/account within 3 (three) business days.

Section 03

Delivery process and shipping

  • Dispatch time: Items in stock are generally shipped the same day; for products requiring special preparation, they are handed over to the courier within a maximum of 3 (three) business days, as stated in the product details.
  • Statutory period: The order is delivered following payment approval, not exceeding the legal maximum of 30 days; the standard period is 1–4 business days.
  • Shipping: Shipments are dispatched with the assurance of our contracted courier company.
  • Shipping fee: Free for orders of 1,500 ₺ and above or 2 kg and above; below this, a fixed shipping fee of 99 ₺ is payable by the buyer.
  • Service area: Deliveries are currently valid only within the borders of Türkiye.

Section 04

Order tracking

Once your order is completed, an automatic confirmation message is sent to the e-mail address you provided. In case of an address error or if the delivery cannot be carried out, we will contact you through your registered contact details.

To ensure your products arrive without issue, please register the address where you are present during the day (home or workplace) as the delivery address.

Section 05

Points to note upon delivery

When receiving your products from the courier, please check whether the outer surface of the package has any impact, tearing or wetness. If there is damage, do not accept the package without having the courier officer draw up a “Damage Assessment Report”; return and exchange processes may become difficult for damaged packages without such a report.
