Products
How recent is the beans' roast date?
All whole-bean packs ship within 14 days of the roast date at the latest. Thanks to vacuum + nitrogen-flushed packaging, freshness is preserved for 18 months. An opened pack should be consumed within 8 weeks.
Which blend suits which machine?
Platinum (intensity 6) suits all machines and is preferred when 100% Arabica delicacy is wanted in espresso bars. Red (intensity 8) is the signature blend for the classic espresso bar. Black (intensity 11) is for baristas who love ristretto + strong espresso.
Do you have a Decaffeinato product?
Yes — Decaffeinato, 99.9% decaffeinated via the natural CO₂ method, is available both in a 200 gr ground pack and in a Nespresso®-compatible capsule format.
Capsule compatibility
Can I use it in my Nespresso® machine?
Our Nespresso®-compatible capsules are fully compatible with original Nespresso® Original system machines. They are NOT compatible with the Vertuo system.
What is an ESE Pod (Cialde)?
A 44 mm diameter, paper-wrapped, compostable industry-standard pod. It delivers a perfect result with a single touch in ESE-pod-compatible espresso machines.

How long until I receive it?
2–4 business days in major cities, 3–5 business days in other cities.
Is there a discount for bulk orders?
A tiered 5%–12% discount on retail orders of 10 packs and above. Separate pricing for HoReCa and dealership customers; get a quote via the contact form.
Do you ship abroad?
Currently delivery is only within Türkiye. A special shipment channel for the TRNC can be opened on request.

Do you provide setup support for my restaurant?
Yes. Barista training (two-day basic + one-day advanced), the Club House porcelain set and first-three-month consumption profile optimization are part of the standard B2B package.
How do I get a regional dealership?
