Warranty and Return Conditions

Warranty, defective goods, right of withdrawal, returns and shipping processes for the products you purchase, all on a single page.

Section 01

General principles

Coffee Italiano (Baynet İnşaat San. ve Tic. Ltd. Şti.) protects consumer rights and prioritizes customer satisfaction in after-sales service. Every issue arising from production or service is assessed carefully and resolved as quickly as possible.

In relation to the sale and delivery of the products they purchase, buyers are subject to Law No. 6502 on the Protection of the Consumer and the Distance Contracts Regulation (Official Gazette: 27.11.2014/29188), as well as other applicable laws in force.

Section 02

Warranty and after-sales service

Food products (coffee, capsules, gift sets) are warranted until the product's expiry date, subject to the integrity of the vacuum packaging and appropriate storage conditions.

Accessories and machines are provided by the manufacturer/importer or authorized distributor together with a warranty certificate; the legal minimum warranty period is 2 years. After-sales services such as installation, repair and spare parts are carried out through the manufacturer's/importer's authorized service network.

Coffee Italiano (Baynet İnşaat San. ve Tic. Ltd. Şti.) delivers these products in its capacity as seller and refers your request to the relevant manufacturer/distributor. Under Law No. 6502, the seller, manufacturer and importer are jointly and severally liable to the consumer for defective goods; after satisfying the consumer's request, the seller reserves its right of recourse against the manufacturer/importer.

Section 03

Defective goods

Goods that do not bear one or more of the features stated on the packaging, label, promotional and user manual, or in the descriptions on the website; that are contrary to the qualities notified by the seller; or that contain material, legal or economic deficiencies reducing the benefits the consumer reasonably expects are deemed defective.

The consumer's optional rights in the case of defective goods:

  • Rescission of the contract (refund of the price)
  • Reduction of the price in proportion to the defect
  • Free repair
  • Free replacement with an equivalent item

Period of liability: For durable consumer goods (accessories, machines), the legal minimum is 2 years from the date of delivery. For food products (coffee, capsules), this period is limited to the product's expiry date; the defect must be reported at the time of delivery or within a reasonable period.

Section 04

Right of withdrawal

The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the date of receiving the product, without giving any reason and without paying any penalty. It is sufficient for the notice to be directed to the seller within this period.

The withdrawal request is submitted in writing to [email protected] or via the contact form. For products to which the right of withdrawal does not apply, please refer to the Preliminary Information Form.

Section 05

Return process and shipping fees

The product to be returned must be sent together with the original delivery note / invoice and a petition stating the reason for return. The product must be complete and unused, together with its box, packaging and any standard accessories.

  • If the product is defective, the shipping fee is covered by the seller; shipment must be made via the contracted carrier.
  • When exercising the right of withdrawal, the return shipping is free when made via the seller's contracted carrier company.
  • If the buyer notices carrier-related damage while receiving the product, they must refuse the parcel and have the carrier officer draw up a report.

In withdrawals and order cancellations compliant with the law, the collected product price is refunded to the buyer's payment instrument in the appropriate manner within 14 days at the latest. The reflection of refunds made to a credit card in the buyer's account depends on the bank's processing time.

Section 06

Order cancellation

Orders placed incorrectly or withdrawn from can be cancelled. If the order has not yet been shipped, the full amount is refunded via the method by which the transaction was made.
