Lelit Bianca PL162T V3, ev baristası için tasarlanmış amiral gemisi (flagship) çift kazanlı (dual boiler) espresso makinesidir. 800 ml'lik ayrı kahve kazanı ve 1,5 litrelik bağımsız buhar kazanı, PID sıcaklık kontrolüyle birlikte çalışarak eş zamanlı demleme ve buhar üretiminde yüksek termal kararlılık sunar. Makinenin öne çıkan özelliği, grup kafasına entegre edilmiş pedallı akış kontrolüdür (flow control paddle): çekim sırasında suyun debisini elle gerçek zamanlı ayarlayarak profesyonel basınç profilleme imkânı verir. Çift manometre pompa ve buhar basıncını, grup üzerindeki manometre ise gerçek ekstraksiyon basıncını gösterir. 2,5 litrelik çıkarılabilir su tankı üç yöne konumlandırılabilir; makine ayrıca şebekeye bağlanabilir (plumb-in). AISI 304 paslanmaz çelik gövde ve ceviz ahşap detaylar, evde uzman düzeyde espresso deneyimi sağlar.

Usage guide
How to use it?
Run the machine 15-20 min in advance (boiler heat stabilisation). 18g dose ground coffee, put in the portafilter, distribute + tamp. Lock into the group, press the button — 36g output in 25-30 sec. Steam milk with the steam wand.

HX = single boiler, espresso water passes through steel. DB = 2 separate boilers, each temperature independent. DB is more precise, HX more economical. Lelit Mara X = HX, Bianca = DB.
