Section 01
Preparation and dispatch time
Standard orders placed before 14:00 on business days ship the same day; later orders ship the next business day. Weekend orders enter the dispatch process on the following first business day.
All products are prepared in nitrogen-flushed vacuum packaging, protected from oxidation. As whole-bean products are not freshly ground, their shelf life extends up to 18 months.
Section 02
Shipping fees and city coverage
Domestic standard shipping: free on orders of 1,500 TL and above; a flat 89 TL fee below that.
HoReCa shipment: 2 kg tin products and bulk orders are delivered with our own cold-chain vehicles; included in the quote.
Section 03
Delivery time and tracking
Standard delivery time is 2–4 business days for major cities and 3–5 business days for other cities. A tracking number is sent for every order via SMS + email.
Courier: Yurtiçi Kargo & MNG Kargo (the one nearest the dispatch point is chosen).
Section 04
Damaged or incomplete delivery
If you notice damage to the outer packaging on receipt, please have the courier record a report and notify [email protected] with a photo the same day. A replacement is shipped by us within 24 hours.
For missing items, contact us with your order number; missing items are shipped the same day.
