Right of withdrawal and period
Under Article 9 of the Distance Sales Agreement, you have the right to return within 14 days of receiving the product without giving a reason.
The right of withdrawal applies to unopened products with intact original packaging. Once the vacuum packaging is opened, the product is excluded from returns for hygiene and food safety reasons.

Return process
To start a return, message [email protected] with your order number. A prepaid courier label is sent to you within 24 hours; if you attach it to the product in its original packaging and hand it over, the return shipping fee is borne by us.
Once the product reaches our warehouse, it is checked within 3 business days and, if eligible, enters the refund process.
Section 03
Refund and timing
For approved returns, the amount is refunded within 5–14 business days depending on your payment method. Credit card refunds are subject to bank procedures; transfer/EFT refunds are completed within 24 hours.
For purchases made with a gift order or campaign coupon, the refund is calculated on the discounted net amount.
Section 04
Faulty / defective product
If you received the product damaged, with a wrong roast date or incomplete, contact us regardless of the 14-day condition. If the fault is confirmed to be ours, a replacement is sent free of charge or the full amount is refunded.
Faulty-product requests are processed significantly faster if supported by an unboxing video or photo.
