Usage guide
How to use it?
Place the filter in the carafe, add coarsely ground coffee (1:10 ratio, e.g. 60g coffee to 600ml water). Fill with room-temperature water, stir gently. Close the lid, steep in the fridge for 8-12 hours. Remove the filter, serve plain or with ice.

Are cold brew and iced coffee the same thing?
No. Iced coffee = hot-brewed coffee with ice added (acidic, made quickly). Cold brew = steeped in room/cold water for 12 hours (acid-free, sweet, concentrated).
Which grind is suitable?
Coarse grind — French press setting. A fine grind clogs the filter and turns bitter. Geographically, Brazilian and Colombian beans are the most suitable (chocolate-hazelnut notes).
How do I adjust the concentration?
A 1:10 ratio is concentrate (diluted 1:1 with milk). 1:15 for daily drinking (drinkable neat). Find your ideal ratio by personal experiment.
How long does it last in the fridge?
Filtered cold brew is fresh in a lidded bottle for up to 7 days. Don't leave it with the grounds for more than 12 hours; it turns bitter.
