Usage guide
How to use it?
Fill the water at a ratio of 200ml/cup. On digital models, select 92-94°C (light/medium roast), 88-90°C (dark roast). During pour-over, bloom by pouring in a spiral from the centre, then continue with a slow, steady flow.

Electric or stovetop (Buono)?
Buono — classic, compatible with gas/induction/electric stoves, you control the heat externally. Brewista Artisan — plug-in electric, with digital LCD for 1°C precision heat + keep warm function.
Which temperature is ideal for which coffee?
Light roast: 94-96°C (requires harder extraction). Medium: 92-94°C. Dark roast: 88-92°C (burn risk). Cold brew: room temperature or iced.
How should I choose the volume?
0.6L is enough for a single-cup drinker. For 2-4 cups, 1.0-1.2L is ideal. 1.5-2L is recommended for a café; short brewing time, fast boiling.
Maintenance and descaling?
Once a month, boil for 10 min with 1/3 vinegar + 2/3 water, then rinse. In hard-water areas, use descaling tablets every 2 weeks.
