How to use it?

Add beans to the hopper and select the grind level by brew method: fine for espresso (15-20 µm), medium for V60/Chemex, coarse for French press. Ideal dose — 18g espresso, 15g V60, 30g French press. Brew right after grinding; standing grounds oxidise quickly.

Should I choose a hand grinder or an electric one?

For 1-2 cups of home use a day, a hand grinder is enough and silent. For 3+ cups, regular espresso use or HoReCa, electric — speed and consistency make the difference.

Conical burr or flat disc, which is better?

Conical burrs (Hario, Timemore) generate less heat, quiet and balanced at home. Flat discs (Rocket, Sculptor) are more precise for professional espresso — fast and consistent grind.

How do I clean the grinder?

Weekly: empty the hopper and grind cleaning pellets (rice/Urnex). Monthly: disassemble the burrs and brush off oils dry. Never wash with water.

How do warranty and service work?
